FALL 2011

Fieldstone Vintage Market is a juried event and participating vendors will be chosen based on product variety, originality, quality and display design. All items must be vintage (20 years or older) or handmade. Please be sure to submit photos along with your application. To see examples of displays from our past market, visit here.
Vendors can choose between two tented options to display their wares. The Marketplace, a collection of 6′ long tables arranged under large tents or an individual Booth, 10×10 pop-up tents lining the pathways of the field. Marketplace spaces will cost $70 and Booths will cost $120, plus the non-refundable $5 administration fee. Vendor fees will include a light lunch and coffee or tea all day. We will be working hard to make this a community event and the EcoDairy’s prime location will ensure that there will be plenty of visitors on market day. Market hours will be 9am until 6pm and vendors will have an opportunity to set up their displays the night before. Security will be provided overnight.
